When Mr. Krabs sees old money being shredded, he begins crying so hysterically that he floods the factory. SpongeBob absorbs the water and accidentally blasts it through the wall, destroying a rare autographed photo Pearl had just found in the museum rubble.

Mr. Krabs announces a long-overdue vacation for Pearl and invites SpongeBob to come along (for a "nominal fee"). They drive past exciting attractions like Super Mega Mall World, but Mr. Krabs refuses to stop.

Before its TV premiere, the episode was released on the SpongeBob's Runaway Roadtrip DVD .

This was the first episode worked on by Marc Ceccarelli and the first time he collaborated with Luke Brookshier .

Pearl finds a photo signed by "Justin Flipperlake," a parody of Justin Timberlake .

They arrive at the Bikini Bottom Mint , the factory where money is printed. Pearl refuses to enter and instead searches through the rubble of the demolished "Teenage Boy Museum" next door.

The episode begins with Mr. Krabs showing a slideshow of his "vacation" to SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, and Pearl.
