Rob Riches Now

Clinched first place at the Musclemania World Finals in the Junior Lightweight category.

Born on December 16, 1983, in Farnborough, England, Riches was an active youth involved in high-adrenaline sports like windsurfing and mountain biking. At age 15, his life changed when he fractured his shoulder (and clavicle) during a mountain bike race. On a doctor's recommendation to strengthen the area, Riches began lifting weights in his father's garage using an old bench and basic weights. This rehabilitative necessity quickly evolved into a fascination with body transformation and physical culture. Rob Riches

Won the BNBF Central Qualifier (Middleweight), the NPA Heart of England Championships (Middleweight), and the Musclemania Fitness Britain (Junior Lightweight). Clinched first place at the Musclemania World Finals
