Without being able to see what they were eating, participants had to rely on their sense of smell and the texture of the food to try and guess what it was.

You could try using foods that you're familiar with, or get creative and try some new and exotic flavors.

The foods ranged from sweet treats like chocolate and cakes, to savory snacks like chips and popcorn. Some were even spicy or sour.

All you need is a few different foods, some containers to disguise them in, and a group of willing participants.
