The story follows Elsa's determined, yet slightly chaotic, attempt to throw Anna the "perfect" birthday party. Every time Elsa sneezes, her magic unintentionally creates tiny, mischievous snow-babies called that wreak havoc on the party decorations. By the end of the day, Anna realizes Elsa is sick and lovingly takes her home to rest, stating that getting to take care of her sister is the best gift she could have received.
