part04.rar does not contain fully functional files on its own. It is a fragmented piece of a larger archive.
Use WinRAR or 7-Zip to right-click on part01.rar and select "Extract Here." The software will automatically assemble data from all parts, including part04.rar , to create the full installation files. C3RDODI.part04.rar
When extracted, the combined parts usually contain: Setup.exe: The main installer. Data Files (.doi, .bin): Highly compressed game files. Redistributables: DirectX, VCRedist, etc. part04
